This policy explains what information Kyndly Health collects through gokyndly.com and how we use it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
Information you send us. The site has no sign-up or contact forms. If you email us, we receive your email address, name and anything you choose to include in your message.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. This is used to deliver the site securely and fix problems.
Cookies. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
We use what you send us only to reply to you and to handle the business you contacted us about. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except service providers that help us run the site and our email (such as our hosting and email providers), or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep emails for as long as we need them to respond and for ordinary business records, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@gokyndly.com.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we start collecting more information — for example when online ordering opens — we will update this page and the date at the top before that happens.
